By accessing or using AlphaOdds Hermes, connecting an external account, or initiating a content workflow, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

A user who does not agree to these Terms must not use AlphaOdds Hermes or connect an external platform account.

Users acting for a business or organization confirm that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business or organization.

3. About AlphaOdds Hermes

AlphaOdds Hermes is an artificial intelligence and automation platform designed to create, organize, review, validate, and transfer media content through connected systems.

Available functions may include:

• Artificial intelligence assisted content workflows
• Image, carousel, and video management
• Caption and hashtag preparation
• Media validation and technical checks
• Account authorization through external platforms
• Draft uploads and direct publishing where available
• Approval workflows and manual release controls
• Upload status and publication status monitoring
• Posting history, reporting, and duplicate prevention

Features may change as Hermes develops or as connected platforms change their technical requirements.

4. Eligibility and authorized use

AlphaOdds Hermes is intended for authorized adult users and business users who are legally permitted to use the connected services.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use only accounts they own or are authorized to manage
• Protect their login credentials
• Follow applicable laws and platform rules
• Review content and settings before approval
• Notify AlphaOdds of suspected unauthorized access

5. Account connections and authorization

External accounts may be connected through authorization technologies such as OAuth 2.0. Each account holder must separately approve the requested permissions.

AlphaOdds Hermes does not require the user to provide an external platform password directly to Hermes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to connect each account and to approve actions performed through that account.

Authorization may be revoked by the user through Hermes or through the connected platform where available.

6. TikTok integration

AlphaOdds Hermes may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to authenticate authorized users and transfer selected content to TikTok.

Depending on the available integration and permissions, Hermes may:

• Receive authorized basic TikTok account information
• Prepare images, photo posts, videos, captions, and hashtags
• Upload content as a draft
• Publish content after explicit user authorization
• Check upload and publication status

The user must review the content, caption, visibility, interaction options, and account selection before approving a publication action.

AlphaOdds Hermes is an independent application and is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok.

Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, technical restrictions, and enforcement decisions.

7. Manual approval and publishing controls

Content publishing through AlphaOdds Hermes is designed to require an explicit approval or release instruction from an authorized user.

Hermes may prepare, validate, queue, or upload content, but users remain responsible for confirming:

• The correct account
• The correct media files
• The caption and hashtags
• The visibility setting
• The interaction settings
• The intended publication action

Users must not approve a batch or account group without reviewing the relevant information.

8. User content and ownership

Users retain ownership of content they submit to AlphaOdds Hermes.

By submitting content, the user grants AlphaOdds a limited permission to host, process, validate, convert, transmit, and store that content solely as necessary to provide the requested service.

The user confirms that they have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required to use and publish the submitted content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third party rights.

9. Prohibited use

AlphaOdds Hermes must not be used to:

• Access or control an account without authorization
• Publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• Circumvent platform restrictions, limits, or security controls
• Generate artificial engagement or deceptive activity
• Spam users or platforms
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authorization
• Interfere with Hermes infrastructure or connected services
• Use the service for an unlawful purpose

10. Artificial intelligence generated content

Hermes may assist with generating or modifying text, images, workflow instructions, metadata, or other material using artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence output may contain mistakes, incomplete information, or unexpected results. Users must review all generated material before using, approving, or publishing it.

AlphaOdds does not guarantee that generated output is accurate, original, legally compliant, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third party rights.

11. External platforms and services

Hermes may depend on external platforms, hosting providers, artificial intelligence services, media processing services, and infrastructure providers.

External services may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their functions without AlphaOdds controlling those decisions.

AlphaOdds is not responsible for:

• External platform outages
• Account restrictions imposed by a platform
• Changes to external APIs or platform policies
• Rejected, delayed, private, removed, or restricted posts
• Losses caused solely by an external provider

12. Availability and changes

AlphaOdds may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of Hermes where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical development, or changes to connected services.

Continuous, uninterrupted, or error free availability is not guaranteed.

13. Security

AlphaOdds uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information, authorization tokens, content, and connected services.

Users must maintain appropriate security for their devices, accounts, email addresses, and access credentials.

14. Suspension and termination

AlphaOdds may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including when:

• These Terms are violated
• Unauthorized account access is suspected
• The service is used unlawfully or abusively
• A security risk is identified
• A connected platform requires restriction
• Continued operation would create legal or technical risk

Users may stop using Hermes and revoke connected account permissions at any time.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

AlphaOdds Hermes is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error free, suitable for every purpose, or compatible with every external platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaOdds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, external platform restrictions, or actions taken by third party services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.

17. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the AlphaOdds Hermes Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before connecting an external account.

18. Changes to these Terms

AlphaOdds may update these Terms when Hermes functions, connected services, business requirements, or legal obligations change.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.
